Just wanted to say "Thank You" for the excellent service. I just placed my order yesterday morning, with standard UPS Ground shipping to California, expecting it to take several business days to arrive. However to my pleasant surprise, the ignitor arrived earlier this afternoon & I was able to get it installed in a matter of minutes; so our furnace is back in business!

Thank you for your timely response and fast shipping of ignitor. My neighbor ended up having a universal hot surface ignitor and I got the heat working. Unfortunately I had to pay twice for an ignitor but everything worked out. I will now have a backup and I thank you for your excellent customer service!
